5-week Glow-Ho-Ho Challenge
This challenge is meant to serve as a doable, holiday-season reset to support better energy, stable moods, and calm down those cravings (even in the busiest, most cookie-filled time of year).

The goal here is absolutely not perfection. Itâs momentum. Itâs choosing yourself even in one of the busiest and often most stressful times of the year. Itâs proving that you donât need to start over in January, because you can feel better now.
Your Week 1 materials will arrive on Friday, November 21st, and your first day officially begins the week leading up to Thanksgiving on Sunday, November 23rd.
